REDIVISION 



PRECINCTS 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 AND 9 OF WARD 21 
INTO VOTING PRECINCTS. 



In Board of Aldermen, April 16, 1906. 

Ordered, That a new division into voting precincts be 
made, of that portion of Ward 21 heretofore included in Pre- 
cincts 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of said ward, and said precincts 
are hereby constituted as follows : 

Ward 21, Precinct 2. 
All that part of said ward lying within the following 
described line : Beginning at the intersection of the centre 
lines of Hulbert and Regent streets, thence by the centre 
lines of Regent, Circuit, Washington, Bartlett, Dudley, 
Highland, Cedar, Washington and Hulbert streets to the 
point of beginning — 508 voters. 

Ward 21, Precinct 3. 
All that part of said ward lying within the following 
described line : Beginning at the intersection of the centre 
lines of Walnut avenue and Elmore street, thence by the 
centre lines pf Elmore, Washington, Valentine, Thornton, 
Ellis, Hawthorn, Highland, Cedar, Washington, Hulbert, 
Regent, Dale and Bainbiidge streets and Walnut avenue to 
the point of beginning — 546 voters. 

Ward 21, Precinct 6. 
All that part of said ward lying within the following 
described line : Beginning at the intersection of the centre

lines of Clifford and Warren streets, thence by the centre 
lines of Warren and Moreland streets, Blue Hill avenue and 
Clifford street to the point of beginning — 490 voters. 

Ward 21, Precinct 7. 

All that part of said ward lying within the following de- 
scribed line : Beginning at the intersection of the centre 
lines of Quincy and Warren streets, thence by the centre 
lines of Warren and Clifford streets, Blue Hill avenue and 
Quincy street to the point of beginning — 621 voters. 



Ward 21, Precinct 8. 

All that part of said ward lying within the following de- 
scribed line: Beginning at the intersection of the centre 
lines of Seaver street and Humboldt avenue, thence by the 
centre lines of Humboldt avenue, Ruthven street, Elm Hill 
avenue, Warren and Gaston streets, Blue Hill avenue and 
Seaver street to the point of beginning — 417 voters. 

Ward 21, Precinct 9. 

All that part of said ward lying within the following de- 
scribed line : Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines 
of Humboldt avenue and Ruthven street, thence by the centre 
lines of Humboldt avenue, Townsend and Quincy streets, Blue 
Hill avenue, Gaston and Warren streets, Elm Hill avenue 
and Ruthven street to the point of beginning — 518 voters. 

Ward 21, Precinct 10. 

All that part of said ward lying w r ithin the following de- 
scribed line: Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines 
of Warren and Townsend streets, thence by the centre lines 
of Townsend street, Walnut avenue, Bower and Warren 
streets to the point of beginning — 438 voters. 

Ward 21, Precinct 11. 

All that part of said ward lying within the following 
described line : Beginning at the intersection of the centre 
lines of Seaver street and Humboldt avenue, thence by the 
centre lines of Seaver street, Walnut avenue, Townsend 
street and Humboldt avenue to the point of beginning — 
327 voters.

Ward 21, Precinct 12. 

All that part of said ward lying within the following 
described line : Beginning at the intersection' of the centre 
lines of Westminster and Walnut avenues, thence by the 
centre lines of Westminster avenue, Washington and Elmore 
streets and Walnut avenue to the point of beginning — 393 
voters.
